Lounge/Dining Area:- Open plan with leather sofas, TV and DVD with satellite for all Freeview UK channels, CD player, Pine dining table seating 8. French doors opening on to front and rear gardens. We have a selection of books, games, videos and DVDs which you are welcome to use. |

| Kitchen:- Well equipped with full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and is well stocked with crockery, pans and utensils etc. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. | Bathroom:- Modern and spacious with sink, bath/shower. Separate W.C. | ||

| Bedroom 1:- King size bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe | Bedroom 2:- Two single beds, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe. | ||
