Les Lavandes is within 10 minutes of the Atlantic coast & has many types of beaches to suit everyone.
| La Cote Sauvage; Mile upon mile of unspoilt, stunning beaches bordered by beautiful dunes and the Coubre forest.. Watched over by France's second largest lighthouse this part of the Atlantic Coast is ideal for surfing and in high season there are areas marked where lifeguard surveillance is in operation. | ![]() |

| La Grande Cote: Just along the coast from La
Palmyre this is a more sheltered beach than La Cote Sauvage (perhaps
more suitable for families with young children). Again unspoilt sandy beaches with
the forest behind. You can easily park your car and take a 5
minute stroll through the many paths made through the forest where along
the way you can see red squirrels.

| La Palmyre: A lovely, easily accessible beach
close to
the marina and restaurants. It is
very close to La Palmyre (5 mins walk) and the cycle track runs directly
behind the beach. There is a car park just behind the beach.
